Quality Policy
It is through the quality policy that all of the stakeholders, such as customers, suppliers, employees and shareholders, among others, are made aware of how the company thinks about and practices quality day-to-day.
We are well-known for its high-quality workmanship, and our QA/QC department is a critical component in ensuring accuracy in operational functions as well as procedural and management processes. Our core beliefs are supported by our quality policy. We feel that the best way to do this is to run an extensive, well-coordinated system that enables us to guarantee the calibre of our services and complies with the ISO 9001 international standard. The company has a Quality Management System (QMS) that is compliant with ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems and consists of policy statements, operational procedures, and work instructions. Our QMS is built on a programme of continuous improvement.

In order to guarantee that the product/service is delivered on schedule and to the customer’s satisfaction, management will support the necessary ideas and efforts, offer adequate resources, up to date plant and equipment, and implement the right technology according to the specific needs of our clients. The goal of the company is to minimise time and material losses due to scrap, poorly planned work, inadequate communication, and ineffective operations.
